Bonus Room was born from the desire to create a welcoming, creative space where handmade arts come to life and transform into unique experiences.

 

Here, we celebrate the art of working with our hands—from crochet and embroidery to watercolor and weaving—believing that every stitch, every brushstroke, and every woven thread tells a story and unlocks new possibilities.

Our workshops are led by Fernanda Colucci, a Brazilian artist based in New Jersey, who brings over 20 years of experience as an architect and a lifelong passion for handcrafted arts.

 

Inspired by the talent and warmth of her mother and maternal grandmother, Fernanda found in textile and visual arts a way to express herself, connect with others, and create a sense of belonging. Her journey blends technique, sensitivity, and creativity, making each workshop a true journey of learning and inspiration.
